By accessing or using Itzon, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Itzon is a group scheduling application that allows users to create, manage, and RSVP to recurring and one-time events within their groups.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to misuse the service, harass other users, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Group admins are responsible for managing their groups and members.
Itzon is free to use for one group. Itzon Premium unlocks unlimited groups, push notifications, personal avatars, and calendar sync.
Plans and pricing:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Restoring a purchase reactivates Premium on a new device.
Itzon may collect and share your location during events if you have enabled location sharing. Location data is visible to group members during active events and is not stored permanently.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Group admins may remove members from their groups.
Itzon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
